A: Your credit card information and personal information is private and bluestormbasketball.com uses a certified SSL, with site protection. See verified and certified seal at bottom left of page. Click on seal for more info. We do not share any emails or clients lists with anyone, period.
A: Yes, you can check out without creating an account with us. Using the “Guest Checkout” button at the bottom of the Shopping Cart page will allow you to bypass the login section of the site. You will still be required to fill out the entire Checkout page, but no user account will be generated for you. Shoppers that use this method of checking out will no be able to check the status of their order online, or review previous orders.
A: Yes, simply sign up for our email alerts and be notified of any new items.
A: 1-2 weeks, orders generally take less for completion. Some items we may have in size and stocked and take less time. In the case of a back ordered apparel item, it may take longer for completion. We do our best to get you your items as fast as possible.
A: Checks are accepted but order is not put into production until check is received and deposited, may delay order by a few days?
A: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt for items that have not been used or worn and with original packaging and tags attached. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Exchange and return policies are subject to change without notice.

A: Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) within 14 days of receipt of order. RA#’s expire seven days after being issued. We suggest you send the package by registered or insured mail since bluestormbasketball.com is not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping.
All requests will be processed after our returns department inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Return credits take approximately two to three business days to process upon receipt of the item. Shipping charges are not refundable.
All returns are for merchandise credit.
